Terms of service

These terms govern the Artificiale Seller Analytics application, operated by TAGA EVENTS SRL. Last updated 2026-09-02.

1. What the service is

Artificiale Seller Analytics retrieves sales, traffic and economics data from Amazon's Selling Partner API for seller accounts that have authorised it, and produces advertising and profitability reporting from that data. It is provided as a component of the managed advertising service we supply to contracted clients. It is not sold separately and is not available on a self-service basis.

2. Who may use it

The application is available only to clients with a current written engagement with us, and only in respect of seller accounts they own or are authorised to act for.

3. Authorisation and withdrawal

Access depends on the client authorising our application through Amazon. The client may withdraw that authorisation at any time from Seller Central, without notice to us. On withdrawal we stop retrieving data immediately, and delete stored credentials and data as set out in the privacy policy.

4. Read-only access

The application performs no write operation against any Amazon account. It does not change listings, inventory, pricing, orders or campaigns.

5. Accuracy of data

Reporting is derived from data Amazon supplies. Amazon revises recent figures; some fields are returned only where available in the seller's own dataset; and some values depend on information the seller has entered in their own Amazon account. We take reasonable care in processing but do not warrant that Amazon's underlying data is complete or accurate, and reporting is provided for business decision support rather than as accounting or tax records.

6. Confidentiality

We treat client data as confidential, use it only to deliver the contracted service, and do not disclose it to third parties except as described in the privacy policy.

7. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Retrieval may be delayed or interrupted by Amazon API availability, rate limits or maintenance.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability arising from the application is limited as set out in the written engagement between us and the client.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated in writing.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction.
